The Technology Doctor offers emergency service at an additional premium. Request emergency service by e-mailing you are required to pay this service charges up front with a credit/debit card. Once payment has been received you will be given direct access to a technician on emergency call. A technician will contact you within an hour to discuss the problem you are having, if the technician believes he is able to fix your unit he will arrange for service as quickly as possible generally within a few hours but no more than 12 hours from the time service is requested. If the technician has determined, based on the telephone evaluation that parts are likely to be needed and not in-stock, we will arrange for overnight shipping of parts and schedule service shortly after the expected delivery time.
