The Technology Doctor charge an $85 non-refundable diagnostic fee to be paid in advance with a major credit/debit card over the phone. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule an on-site technician evaluation with a follow up estimate provided within 24 hours (out of warranty customers may ask for the  in-shop review process rather than schedule on-site technician evaluation for faster service)

  • Our goal is to get your unit repaired as quickly as possible and in one trip to minimize the disruption to your schedule and provide the most efficient service possible.
  • Please note that you will never be asked to pay for parts that were not needed, even if we ship them to your house.
  • Upon successful completion of the service, any balance previously approved by you will be charged to the credit/debit card on file used to pay the initial diagnostic fee.
  • Repeat Customers, Senior Citizens and Military are eligible for a discount, if you ask!
  • Parts ordered usually take 2-5 days for you to receive them, once you receive them please contact us and we schedule to complete your service as quickly as possible
